OfBusiness acquires Indian unit of Dutch fruits & vegetables exporter Koeleman

Unicorn b2b startup OfBusiness (OFB Tech Pvt Ltd) is to acquire 100% stake in Bengaluru based Koeleman India Pvt Ltd, the Indian subsidiary of Netherlands- headquartered Koeleman Foods International B.V. The target is a processor and exporter of various fruits & vegetables, like Gherkins, Olives, Jalapeno, Bell Pepper & Baby Corn thru private labeling arrangement with many food companies based in US, Europe and Australia. Singhi Advisors acted as exclusive advisor for the sellers. Through this acquisition, OFB will get access to a processing unit, long-term global customers, professional management team and entry into the processed food segment.
