Overseas education enabler Leverage Edu acquires Brazil’s Mundus Agency
New Delhi-based Leverage Edu has acquired Brazil-based international education travel arrangement company Mundus Agency. The transaction marks the firm’s first international acquisition, extending its reach beyond existing operations in South Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. Founded in 2022, Mundus Agency helps students pursue higher education opportunities abroad.Leverage Edu is currently preparing for an initial public offering (IPO) in India, which it expects to execute next year.
