Oyo acquires Danish holiday home operator Bornholmske Feriehuse

Travel and hospitality technology platform Oyo has acquired Denmark-based holiday home operator Bornholmske Feriehuse. The transaction has been carried out by Oyo's subsidiary DanCenter and enabled by the 'Invest in Denmark' initiative of the Danish government. Bornholmske Feriehuse provides end-to-end solutions to homeowners and has 737 holiday homes spread over 30 holiday parks on its platform. Oyo currently has footprints in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria and Croatia.
