Parksons buys alcobev carton specialist Manohar Packaging for Rs.250-Cr

Warburg Pincus-backed Parksons Packaging has acquired fellow Mumbai-based Manohar Packaging, a specialist in alcobev packaging. The deal size is estimated at INR 200-250 crore. The combined entity will have revenue of around INR 1,500 crore in FY22. Manohar Packaging, founded in 1994, has the capacity to convert more than 100 million sheets annually at its two manufacturing facilities.
