Payments firm IppoPay acquires fintech player Roamsoft
Chennai-headquartered IppoPay Technologies, a payments infrastructure company, has acquired Roamsoft Technologies. Through this acquisition, IppoPay would bring on board a team of over 40 developers. Roamsoft, also headquartered in Chennai, is engaged in the business of developing products and providing technology services to startups in the fintech and e-commerce space.
