Portugal’s United Hospitality Management acquires boutique homestay provider Rosastays

Lisbon (Portugal)-based United Hospitality Management (UHM) has acquired New Delhi-based Rosastays, a boutique hospitality brand, marking UHM's entry into the Indian market.Rosastays currently operates 17 properties across various leisure destinations in India, including Goa, Kasauli, Nainital, Pushkar, and Shimla.UHM plans to rebrand select Rosastays assets under its own umbrella. The company also has a development pipeline exceeding 700 keys, which includes projects in collaboration with IHG Hotels & Resorts under the Garner brand. UHM has significant presence in the Middle East.
