Pressman Advertising to merge with Signpost India

Kolkata-headquartered, publicly listed Pressman Advertising Ltd is to merge with Mumbai-based digital out-of-home ad firm Signpost India. Shareholders of Pressman will get one share of Signpost in exchange for each share in Pressman.
