Printmann acquires pharma industry packaging solutions provider HSOP

Somerset Indus Capital-backed, Mumbai-headquartered Printmann Group has acquired a majority stake in Hyderabad Security Offset Printers (HSOP), a player in the pharmaceutical packaging industry. JSA was the legal advisor and Singhi Advisors was the transaction advisor to the acquirer.Founded in 1982, (HSOP) specialises in producing cartons and leaflets. It offers a range of printing services, including cartons, leaflets, inserts, and outserts, catering to the packaging needs of major pharmaceutical companies.
