Prodapt acquires Silicon Valley-based managed services provider Synophic

Chennai-based consulting, technology and managed transformational services provider Prodapt has acquired Cupertino, CA (US)-based Synophic Worldwide, a provider of managed services and network transformation services for enterprises and service providers. Avendus Capital was the exclusive financial advisor to Prodapt on this transaction while BDA Partners advised Synophic Worldwide. Founded in 2009, Synophic employs 600+ people globally and provides network transformational and managed services to digital service providers (DSPs), ISVs, product and platform companies. The acquisition is projected to expand Prodapt's presence in the US/Latam regions and provides an entry into new markets including Japan, the Philippines, and Australia.
