Product engg firm Nitor Infotech acquired by US-based Ascendion
Nitor Infotech, a Pune-based software product engineering firm, has been acquired by Basking Ridge, NJ (USA)-based IT Services firm Ascendion. Nitor has a dedicated technology centre of excellence specialising in generative AI, along with a team of over 700 professionals working in product engineering. This acquisition is expected to help Ascendion offer enhanced support to sectors like health tech, retail tech, and supply chain tech.
