Property consultant Anarock acquires 51% stake in DSP Design Associates for Rs.250-Cr

Property consultant Anarock has acquired a 51% stake in fellow Mumbai-based DSP Design Associates for nearly INR 250-Cr.Founded by Bimal Desai, DSP Design Associates is an architecture, master planning, and interior design firm that claims to have completed over 1,000 projects. The company is supported by 320 professionals in India and provides design-build services across sectors including commercial IT parks, mixed-use developments, retail, and hospitality. Following the acquisition, the firm will continue to be led by its existing founding leadership.DSP Design maintains a presence across Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Delhi NCR, and Hyderabad.
