Redcliffe Lifetech buys Medicentre Sonography
Noida-headquartered healthcare platform Redcliffe Lifetech Pvt Ltd has acquired Udaipur-based Medicentre Sonography and Clinical Lab which offers premium-priced health services. Founded over 15 years ago, Medicentre Sonography has 5 branches in Udaipur. It is led by Dr Manish Seth, with 11 healthcare professionals in the team. This is the first acquisition of Redcliffe which counts venture capital firm Chiratae Ventures and impact investor LeapFrog Investments among backers. The firm runs diagnostic labs in many cities across India. Singhi Advisors was the exclusive financial advisor for the transaction.
