Refex Sustainability Solutions acquires 51% stake in CBG producer Vyzag Bio

Chennai-headquartered Refex Renewables & Infrastructure (via Refex Sustainability Solutions Ltd or RSSL) has acquired 51.03% stake in Visakhapatnam-based Vyzag Bio-Energy Fuel .RSSL acquired the stake from the existing promoters as well as investment by way of fresh equity infusion.Vyzag Bio operates a compressed bio-gas (CBG) plant producing biogas from segregated municipal waste, which involves processing organic material derived from municipal solid waste.
