Reliance Consumer acquires majority stake in herbal beverages seller Naturedge

Reliance Consumer Products Ltd (RCPL), the FMCG arm of Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL), has acquired a majority stake in a joint venture with Baidyanath Group-owned Naturedge Beverages Pvt Ltd.Founded in 2018 by Siddhesh Sharma, a third-generation heir of the Baidyanath Group. Naturedge Beverages offers functional packaged drinks under the brand " Shunya ." The beverage contains zero sugar and zero calories and is infused with Indian herbs such as Ashwagandha, Brahmi, Khus, Kokum, and green tea.
