Reliance Consumer acquires majority stake in Udhaiyams Agro Foods

Mumbai-based Reliance Consumer Products, the FMCG arm of Reliance Industries, has acquired a majority stake in Udhaiyams Agro Foods. Udhaiyams’ promoters, S Sudhakar and S Dinakar will retain a minority stake in the company.Udhaiyams Agro Foods owns Udhaiyam, a Tamil Nadu-based nutrition brand which sells staples, snacks, and ready-to-cook breakfast mixes.
