Reliance Consumer Products acquires Australian beverage player Goodness Group

Mumbai-based Reliance Consumer Products Ltd (RCPL) , the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) arm of Reliance Industries Ltd, has acquired a majority stake in Australia’s Goodness Group Global, a 'better-for-you' beverage company.Founded in 2023, Goodness Group Global markets health-focused brands, including Nexba and PACE, a hydration brand co-created with Australian cricket captain Pat Cummins. RCPL intends to leverage its supply chain and distribution capabilities to ensure broad availability of Goodness Group Global's brands in India and other markets.
