Rice exporter Sarveshwar Foods set to complete acquisition of Dubai-based subsidiary

Jammu & Kashmir based rice manufacturer Sarveshwar Foods Ltd is to fully acquire Dubai based Natural Global Foods DMCC by the end of next month by completing the purchase of the remaining stake in the company.Post-acquisition, Natural Global Foods DMCC would become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sarveshwar Foods.
