Publicly listed, Mumbai-headquartered cloud communications platform service provider Route Mobile Ltd - via its UK unit Route Mobile (UK) Ltd - is to acquire Masivian SAS (Masiv), a cloud communication platform service provider catering to enterprises in Latin America, for USD 50 million. The acquisition is aligned to Route Mobile's strategy to solidify its presence in Latin America. S&R Associates represented Masivian SAS in Indian law aspects. Masiv operates in the LatAm market with its cloud communication platform, security and data analytics that offers a comprehensive suite of communications, marketing, and AI-powered products. It offers multichannel notification services through SMS, OTT business messaging, email, as well as voice, serving clients across Colombia and Peru.
