Route Mobile to acquire Kuwait's communication services co Interteleco for $2-M
Routesms Solutions FZE, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mumbai-based, publicly listed Route Mobile, is to acquire a 49% stake in Kuwait-based Interteleco International for 652,500 Kuwaiti Dinar (USD 2.16 million). Interteleco's services include mobile app services, payment solutions, communication services, chatbot, and conversational AI among others.
