SBCDC acquires automobile sector-focused IT services co InterraIT
Stakeboat Capital-backed, Bengaluru-headquartered IT services firm SBCDC Software Pvt Ltd has picked up a majority stake in Noida- and San Jose, CA-headquartered IT S ervices firm InterraIT . The deal is worth about USD 7.5 million.InterraIT garners most of its revenue from the automobile and healthcare sectors. With a workforce of around 350, Interra offers product engineering, application development and infrastructure management solutions. Apart from India and USA, it has presence in the UK and Australia. The firm had posted a consolidated net sales of INR 40 crore for FY22.
