Scripbox acquires Bluechip Capital’s mutual fund distribution biz

Bengaluru-based Scripbox has acquired the mutual fund distribution business of Delhi-NCR-based Bluechip Capital . Pegasus Finserv advised Bluechip Capital, while Scripbox was supported by LegaLogic Consulting and Globeview Advisors LLP.Bluechip Capital has served investors through an advisory-led approach. Under the terms of the transaction, the firm’s clients and employees will transition to Scripbox which plans to use the integration to expand its presence in North India.
