Secure Meters acquires Swiss smartgrid firm Adaptricity from Leoni AG
Udaipur-based Secure Meters Ltd has acquired a 100% stake in Adaptricity AG, a Zurich, Switzerland-based provider of smart grid solutions. Adaptricity, which was majority-owned by German multinational Leoni AG, manufactures wires and wire systems. Post deal, Adaptricity will operate as a subsidiary of the Secure Meters Group. Singhi Advisors advised Secure Meters on the transaction.
