Seshasayee Paper and Boards acquires Servalakshmi Paper
Publicly listed, Chennai-headquartered Seshasayee Paper and Boards Ltd has emerged as the successful bidder in the e-auction held for the acquisition of the assets of Coimbatore-headquartered Servalakshmi Paper Ltd. Servalakshmi has a paper making plant in Tirunelveli district in Tamil Nadu. The company was acquired as a going concern.
