Shell Lubricants acquires Raj Petro Specialities

Shell Lubricants, a lubricants business unit of Shell Group, has acquired 100% equity stake in Chennai-based Raj Petro Specialities from the Brenntag Group.Raj Petro Specialities is a petrochemical manufacturing and marketing company with business partners in about 100 countries. The company has been operating for eight decades providing customized solutions for a range of high-performance applications.

For FY24, Raj Petro Specialties had reported about INR 2,218.43 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 27.30 Cr in Net Loss.
