Siddharth Raja joins Vertices Partners as Senior Partner with his team

Vertices Partners has expanded its partnership with Siddharth Raja merging his practice along with his team into the firm. He joins as a Senior Partner at the Vertices Partners' Bengaluru office and will co-lead the firm's practice in the south. Siddharth Raja is a senior lawyer with almost two decades of experience in Private Equity/Venture Capital, M&A, Joint Venture transactions and cross-border transactions. Recently, Rajat Agarwal joined as Partners in Vertices' Banking & Finance as well as Disputes Resolution Practice in the Mumbai office. Other partners who have joined recently include Manasi Pathak Verma, Regulatory & Secretarial Compliances Partner in Delhi NCR offices, and Jayesh Karandikar, Real Estate Partner in Mumbai. Vertices Partners has now built a leadership team comprising about 75 members across Mumbai, Bengaluru and Gurugram, with expertise across multiple disciplines.
