Smartworks to acquire Singapore’s flexi-office-space provider Workstudio
Delhi-based publicly listed managed office space provider Smartworks is to acquire Singapore-based WorkStudio . The acquisition is being executed by a wholly owned Singapore-based subsidiary of Smartworks. The transaction is expected to reach completion by July.Founded in 2024, WorkStudio provides flexible workspace solutions and managed office services. The company currently manages a 26,000 sq ft coworking space and reported a turnover of INR 5.09 crore for the financial year 2026. Following the acquisition, WorkStudio will operate as a step-down subsidiary of Smartworks. One of the promoters of Smartworks holds an interest in the startup.Upon completion of the transaction, Smartworks will increase its Singapore portfolio to four centres, totaling approximately 76,000 sq ft.
