Softline acquires cybersecurity solutions provider Value Point Systems
Global IT Services firm Softline has acquired Bengaluru-based digital infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions & services company Value Point Systems. Value Point Systems claims to have over 1,200 employees across seven offices in India. The company has become a next generation digital infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions provider. Its technology partners include AWS, Cisco, CrowdStrike, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, HP, Microsoft, VMWare and Zscaler.
