Supreme Industries to acquire Wavin India's pipe business for $30-M

Mumbai-based, publicly listed plastic products manufacturer Supreme Industries Ltd. has acquired the pipes and fittings business of Noida-based Wavin Industries for USD 30 million (around INR 262 crore).Established in 2007, Wavin India, a part of the Orbia Group, makes PVC pipes & fittings, CPVC pipes & fittings, HDPE pipes, PPR pipes and other products in the building and infrastructure segment. It had recorded a turnover of INR 1,007.5 crore for FY24.
