Swedish cable maker Wibe acquires Pushpak Fabricators

Bengaluru-based cable management systems manufacturer Pushpak Fabricators has been acquired by Sweden-based Wibe Group (earlier Schneider Electric's cable support business), a European provider of cable management solutions. Singhi Advisors acted as advisor to Wibe Group on this transaction.Pushpak Fabricators specialises in making cable trays, cable ladders, and accessories.
