Swiggy to transfer key food brands to Kouzina

Publicly listed Swiggy is to transfer 4 of its digital-first food brands - The Bowl Company, Homely, Soul Rasa, and Istah The Bowl Company (TBC), Homely, Soul Rasa, and Istah - to fellow Bangalore-based food service platform Kouzina. After meeting specific agreed conditions, Swiggy will hand over full ownership of the brands to Kouzina.
