Synokem Pharmaceuticals, which is backed by private equity firm TA Associates, has acquired 74% stake in Nitin Lifesciences Limited (from the Indian unit of Sweden-based Recipharm). Veritas Legal represented Recipharm in this transaction, while Pioneer Legal acted for Synokem Pharmaceuticals and TA Associates.
