TAC Infosec to acquire US cyber security co. for $25,000

TAC Infosec is to acquire fellow US-based cybersecurity firm Cyber Sandia for USD 25,000 (about INR 20.95 lakh) to bolster its presence in the US public sector market. The acquisition will enable TAC Infosec to strengthen its direct engagement with government clients.Incorporated in May 2023, Cyber Sandia is a preferred vendor for the state of New Mexico and provides shorter contract solicitation, products and services.
