Tata Autocomp to acquire International Automotive Components Group in Sweden
Pune-based Tata AutoComp Systems Ltd, a unit of the Tata Group, is to acquire Gothenburg, (Sweden)-based auto components manufacturer IAC Sweden .The acquisition is expected to enhance Tata Group’s relationships with key European Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in both passenger vehicle and commercial vehicle segments.Founded in 2005, IAC Sweden has a turnover of approximately USD 800 million and is an established manufacturer of interior systems and components for the automotive industry.
