Tata Consumer Products hikes Capital Foods stake to 80%

Tata Consumer Products has acquired an additional 5% stake in Capital Foods , which owns brands including Ching's Secret and Smith & Jones, from Wildflower Private Trust. This transaction increases the total holding of Tata Consumer Products in Capital Foods to 80%.TCPL had previously acquired a 75% stake in the Capital Foods in 2024 and anticipates acquiring the remaining stake within three years of that initial transaction.
