Tata Steel sells Jamshedpur Football Club to Goa’s Churchill Brothers Sports Club

Tata Steel has sold its entire 100% stake in Jamshedpur Football and Sporting , the company operating Jamshedpur FC, to the Goa-based Churchill Brothers Sports Club. The transaction was settled for a token amount of INR 100. The deal includes the transfer of the club’s Indian Super League (ISL) sporting licence, as well as the existing contracts of 12 players and two coaches.Jamshedpur Football and Sporting reported a turnover of INR 32.23 crore for FY26 and a negative net worth of INR 5.8 crore.
