Publicly listed Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is to acquire the Bengaluru-based global capability centre (GCC) of US-based retailer Best Buy .Established in 2025, Best Buy India entity serves as a technology organisation with expertise in customer and business domains. TCS plans to integrate this talent with its own retail expertise, artificial intelligence, engineering, and global execution capabilities to establish an AI-native capability engine.
