Listed IT Services firm Tech Mahindra has acquired a 100% stake in Manila, Philippines-based Orchid Cybertech Services (OCSI) for AUD 5 million (about USD 3.27 million).OCSI provides customer experience related services to Australia-based TPG Telecom.
