Tech Mahindra acquires Philippines-based BPO firm Orchid Cybertech for $3-M

Listed IT Services firm Tech Mahindra has acquired a 100% stake in Manila, Philippines-based Orchid Cybertech Services (OCSI) for AUD 5 million (about USD 3.27 million).OCSI provides customer experience related services to Australia-based TPG Telecom. It has about 2,950 full time employees. The turnover of OCSI for the FY ended on July 31, 2023 was USD 37.3 million
