Tech Mahindra to acquire ERP implementation services firm Thirdware Solutions for $42-M
Pune-based, publicly listed Tech Mahindra is to acquire a 100% stake in Mumbai-based IT Services firm Thirdware Solutions Ltd. The target's capability to provide end-to-end implementations and global rollouts of ERP solutions is expected to give Tech Mahindra an edge in the manufacturing space. Thirdware, with over 850 employees, delivers industry-specific technological expertise through a range of services spanning business applications consulting, design, implementation and support. For FY21, it had reported revenues of INR 210.6 crore.
