Timex Group to acquire omnichannel watch retailer Just Watches

Publicly listed, Delhi-based Timex Group is to acquire Mumbai-headquartered omnichannel premium watch retailer, Just Watches. Under the deal, Times will purchase the brand ‘Justwatches' from Priority Marketing Pvt Ltd (PMPL) and Just Lifestyle Pvt Ltd and will be taking over the online brand webstore www.justwatches.com, along with all Just Watches stores in India. Timex will run these online and offline stores through its sales partners / franchisees.
