Tourism Finance Corporation of India to acquire Cosmea Investment

Publicly-listed Tourism Finance Corporation of India (TFCI) is to acquire 100% shareholding of Cosmea Investment, along with its specified wholly owned subsidiaries, step-down subsidiaries, and trusts. The acquisition will be carried out through a dedicated special-purpose vehicle or affiliate of TFCIL, which will be incorporated for this specific purpose.Incorporated in 2023, Cosmea Investment has significant presence across various financial services verticals such as stock broking and commodity trading, wealth and portfolio management, investment advisory and distribution services, alternative investment funds, and asset reconstruction and recovery.
