Travel co EaseMyTrip to acquire charter aviation co Nutana
Listed travel company EaseMyTrip will acquire Gujarat's GIFT city-based Nutana Aviation which leases charter aircraft and provides charter booking services to its clients, within and outside India.. Post-transaction, Nutana aviation will continue to run and operate as an independent entity.
