Travel portal EaseMyTrip acquires four cos

New Delhi-headquartered, publicly listed online travel aggregator (OTA) EaseMyTrip (Easy Trip Planners Ltd) has acquired four companies through primary investments.The companies acquired are: a) Mumbai-based Javaphile Hospitality Pvt Ltd; b) Thane-based Doodlesdodling Entertainment Pvt Ltd; c) Vengurla, Sindhudurg, Maharashtra-based SSL Nirvana Grand Golf Developers Pvt Ltd; and d) Gurugram-based Levo Beauty Pvt Ltd (Levo).Each acquisition is expected to contribute distinct strategic value, from operational synergies and customer engagement to market expansion and experiential integration.
