TrueScale Capital to merge PE-VC business with IIFL AMC

Mumbai-headquartered mid-stage investment firm TrueScale Capital, which is focused on the Series B and C venture growth segment, is to transfer the funds it manages to IIFL Asset Management Company and its associate entities. Following the transaction, TrueScale Capital founder and managing partner Sameer Nath will join IIFL AMC as chief investment officer and head of venture capital and private equity segments,
