Turtlemint unit acquires insurtech startup Last Decimal

Turtlemint's Thane-based business-to-business (B2B) vertical Turtlefin has acquired Bengaluru-based insurtech SaaS startup Last Decimal. The acquisition will help Turtlefin expand its bancassurance business. Founded in 2012 by A S Narayanan, Last Decimal aims to help insurance companies increase reach and revenue. Turtlefin provides end-to-end tech solutions to insurers enabling them to digitise insurance sales and services for large enterprises including banks, insurers, e-commerce players and other distributors.
