TVS Mobility completely acquires Italy's suspension systems maker Roberto Nuti
SI Air Springs, a subsidiary of TVS Mobility Pvt Ltd, has acquired 100% stake in Italy-based Roberto Nuti Group, which manufactures and markets suspension systems mainly for heavy vehicles in the aftermarket.
