TVS Srichakra to acquire US-based industrial tyre co Super Grip

Tyre maker TVS Srichakra Ltd is to acquire the business of Super Grip Corporation, a Tennessee-based company established in 1984. The investment, largely directed at global markets, is to meet the need for high quality tyres in the industrial tyre and the off-highway tyre markets.
