TVS Supply Chain Solutions acquires logistics tech co. White Data Systems
TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited (TVSSCSL) is to acquire a controlling stake in fellow Chennai-based logistics tech company White Data Systems India Private Limited (WDSI) from Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited (which held a 30.87% stake) and other shareholders via a share swap deal.
