UltraTech to acquire wall putty maker Wonder WallCare at Rs.235-Cr valuation

Mumbai-headquartered, publicly listed UltraTech Cement Ltd will acquire Rajasthan-based wall putty maker Wonder WallCare for an enterprise value of INR 235 crore.Wonder WallCare, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wonder Cement, has a manufacturing plant for wall putty and related products with a capacity of 600,000 tonne per annum at Rajsamand in Rajasthan.Wonder WallCare had reported a turnover of INR 78.61 crore for FY24 and INR 20.36 crore in the previous year.
