Undone: AMW Motors admitted for insolvency as Triton fails to implement revival plan

The National Company Law Tribunal's (NCLT) Ahmedabad bench has admitted Gujarat-based medium and heavy commercial vehicles maker AMW Motors for liquidation after its successful resolution applicant Triton Electric Vehicle LLC failed to implement the resolution plan. The court also appointed the company's resolution professional (RP) Avil Menezes as the liquidator for the company.
