Unimech Aerospace to acquire Hobel Bellows for Rs 450-Cr

Bengaluru-based publicly listed precision components manufacturer Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Limited is to acquire Hobel Bellows for INR 450 crore. Singhi Advisors acted as the exclusive advisor on the transaction.Incorporated in 2026, Hobel Bellows manufactures metallic bellows and precision-engineered assemblies. The company operates a 180,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Visakhapatnam, and serves the automotive, locomotive, power transmission, water, and gas industries. For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, Hobel Bellows reported provisional revenues of approximately INR 130 crore.The acquisition is expected to strengthen Unimech's manufacturing capabilities, expand its presence across high-value industrial sectors, and bring complementary capabilities such as advanced metal forming technologies, precision pipe bending, robotic welding, and high-end testing and validation systems.
